Ca'n Joya is a lovely villa in Puerto Pollensa, situated a mere 800 meters from the beach sea front, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is however very peaceful and away from the noise, in the lovely residential area of Gotamar, Puerto Pollensa. It is ideal for small families wanting to be in a private villa but not have the necessity of a car.

The villa has a covered terrace where you can enjoy al fresco meals with lovely views overlooking the garden and as far as the sea in the distance. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is fenced and secured with a gate for child safety.

On the ground floor of the villa is an entrance hall, WC, laundry room (washing machine & ironing board), kitchen (large breakfast table, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), dining room, sitting room, living room (satellite TV & DVD). The lounge area leads out onto the terrace.

The first floor has a large bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds, a twin bedroom, a shower room, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to a private balcony with lovely views of the pines and the sea front. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the villa has central heating throughout.
