Video Report - The One From Illetas

This week I have been spending a lot of time enjoying the beach in Illetas. Illetas is a small suburb just ten minutes outside Palma and the beaches, bars and restaurants here make it a favourite with the locals in the know.

On Thursday night we were invited to the opening party of the Las Terrazas beach bar which for many marks the start of the summer. Hundreds of people were there to celebrate and the drinks flowed until well after the sun set.

While spending time in Illetas I also had a look at some of the hotels in the area; the beautiful and luxurious Maricel and the cool and ultra sleek Zhero.
