Es Jac, Palma de Mallorca

Es Jac is an uber-cool cocktail bar not for the faint-hearted in the heart of La Llonja, the old town of Palma. It's quite small, is painted white throughout and in the middle of the room, there is a very large urn with some sort of tree growing out of it. Very art-installation-esque, and quite fun and unusual. With a good sound track in the background, a TV showing arty-verging-on-porn-films, and the typical cocktail menu, it's a place where you can feel more cool and arty than you actually are... Open til 1am during the week, and 3am at weekends.
