Abraxas Nightclub, Passeig Maritim, Palma
A very glamorous looking nightclub, Abraxas is set on the main road up by the cruise ship terminal, and next to the cool enclave of Can Barbara. Inside, there are waterfront terraces which act as a chill-out zone, a VIP garden and of course, the main room - where you will find all sorts of go-go dancers, podiums, light shows, and a further VIP area. The tunes are club music covering house, trance and techno.
Luna Nightclub, Placa del Vapor, Palma
Luna (used to be Art Deco) is one of the big clubs just off the Passeig Maritim. Open from 10pm to 3.30am (11pm to 6am on Friday & Saturday), the club plays Latin and Spanish disco tunes. Expect to pay around €10 entry. Dress to impress...
Riu Palace, Playa de Palma
Situated next to Playa de Palma, this nightclub has four bars with a dance floor big enough to accommodate the party crowd.As it is to the east of Palma, it attracts the German crowd who tend to stay on this part of the island. The music is the usual mix of chart, dance and techno, with some funk and soul music.
Tito's Nightclub, Passeig Maritim, Palma
Tito's is probably the most famous nightclub in Palma. It was established back in the 1950's when it used to play host to Hollywoods finest - Frank Sinatra and Liza Minelli being amongst the stars who partied here. These days, it's slightly more students union than glamour nightclub but it does have great views of the city and a fun glass elevator. Probably the best thing about this place is that it's open until 6am.
Pacha Nightclub, Son Caliu
Pacha is situated in Son Caliu in Palmanova. The club is spread over three floors and has the usual terraces, restaurant, VIP areas, and three rooms of house, funk and chill-out music. The calander is scattered with a variety of parties so check out which events are when on their website. Open every day til late.
BCM Planet Dance, Magaluf
One of the biggest names in Mallorca's club scene, BCM in Magaluf hosts some of the best known names in the dance music world. This season sees the likes of Tiesto, Tinie Tempah, Calvin Harris, Labrinth, Far East Movement, N-Dubz, Laidback Luke, DJ Sammy, Cascada, Eddie Halliwell, Judge Jules, Howard Donald, Krafty Kuts, Kutski, Mickey Slim, Mistajam, Tim Westwood, Trevor Nelson, DJ Semtex and Roll Deep all perform.
With laser shows, performance dancers & acrobats, a VIP room and plenty of parties, this is the place to come for electronic dance music at it's best.
