Located in central Pollensa, this villa is really close to the old Roman Bridge, and all the shops, restaurants plus the main square.

The front door leads to a hallway. Two steps up lead into a large open-plan lounge/dining room which is decorated in a mix of modern and traditional styles.

There is also a large wood-burning stove. Doors lead to the rear terrace. The kitchen, to the right of the lounge and with double doors out to the terrace and gardens, is a Mallorcan style with breakfast table and chairs.

Stairs lead to the upper level to a shower room with large walk-in shower and two twin bedrooms. Two steps up lead to a further double bedroom with en suite full bathroom and a terrace overlooking the gardens below.

At the back of the villa is a delightful covered "chill out" terrace furnished with modern table and chairs, lots of pretty flowerpots and eye-catching white drapes to give shade – a great place to relax, dine while overlooking the pool and gardens or simply enjoy the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains in the distance.

The pool, with lovely grey ceramic tiling, is gated and has a raised wood decked sunbathing terrace. The pool’s large steps are ideal for younger children to play in shallow water. A spiral stairway leads to an upper tiled sun terrace where you can overlook the pool area and enjoy the mountain views.

Being a village house, there are neighbours either side so it’s not completely private but the garden is very peaceful.
