Make Your Own Gin Tour, Palma

3hr gin making class and distillery tour for up to 8 people.

Featured in: | Updated

Learn all about Gin and then make your own Mallorca Gin to take home.

Situated in the heart of Mallorca's capital city, this urban distillery is the first small-scale craft distillery in Palma. With a bespoke 500 litre copper pot still, Mallorca Distillery produces local premium craft spirits with care, gifting a taste of the island in every bottle.

On arrival at the distillery you will greeted by your Gin Smith and given a refreshing Palma Gin & Tonic to enjoy whilst you learn about the planned debauchery of the next few hours.

During the first hour you will learn about the history of Gin, how Mallorca Distillery and Palma Ginebra have been created and take a tour of the distillery. You will then receive a detailed explanation of the processes involved in creating Gin and an indepth knowledge of how different botanicals affect the flavours in your Gin. You will be given the opportunity to taste a huge array of different distillates and see which botanicals you would like to use in order to create the unique flavour of your Gin.

Once you have carefully selected your botanicals your Gin Smith will assist you in blending your recipe and bottling your very own product to take home.

Mallorca Distillery will also keep a record of your unique blend so any additional bottles of your special drink can be purchased online once you run out.

The tour is available for groups of 2-8 people and are available Monday-Friday at 15:00 and Saturdays at 13:00.
