This third floor central apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard to offer stylish modern accommodation for dining clientele. 

The apartment is situated on the third floor of a building in the heart of the old town close to the Cathedral and just 300 metres from the well-known shopping area of Paseo del Borne / Jaime III. 

The interior of the apartment has a sophisticated modern feel with open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater, including a full-size oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. 

The sitting area has a comfortable sofa and a dining table that easily seats four. 

The apartment has access to a shared roof terrace from the main stairs.

For entertainment when you are not out exploring Palma and Mallorca, there are two plasma TVs and unlimited high-speed WiFi. 

Air-conditioning and heating are included in the apartment.


The apartment sleeps up to four in one double bedroom and on a double sofa bed in the living room.


This property is let on a self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively, you could opt for a food delivery service.

About the surrounding area

Palma is situated on the south coast of Mallorca. It is a compact city, with marinas and beaches on the southside and hills to the west. The whole city is encircled by a motorway ringroad that takes you north, west and east of the island, and the airport is a mere 15 minutes drive away.

The main area of interest in Palma is the old city around the cathedral. This part is mostly pedestrianised and is filled with shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful buildings of all architectural types line the streets and there are many lanes and alleys to explore.

A foodies heaven, Palma has really come up trumps with gastronomic restaurants turning on the style in recent years. Santa Catalina and La Llonja are two of the hot spots at the moment, you'll be spoilt for choice.

Sailing is huge in Palma, with a number of marinas lining the coast. The city's beaches can also be good for windsurfing when the wind is up. On a more tranquil note, there are many sights to see, museums and galleries to visit, and Mallorca's best shopping. Some of the island's best festivals take place in Palma, and there is a thriving cultural programme throughout the year.

The city has a beach just beyond the cathedral which is in walking distance to many of the boutique hotels in the old town. Further along to the east are the beaches of Portixol and Ciudad Jardin, which offer a more tranquil experience.
