Organized by the Neighbourhood Association des Pil.lari and with the collaboration of the City Council of Palma de Mallorca and the Association of Forners i Pastissers of Balears.
The Fira del Llonguet intended to be a showcase of traditional food products of the Balearic Islands. The llonguet is a baked bread product that forms part of Mallorcan culinary heritage.
Visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of products including llonguets, arts & crafts, jewellery, shoes, clothes and local produce. A presentation displaying the llonguet baking process will be held.
