British Tourist Rescued After a Fall in Santa Ponsa
2 hours into his holiday on Mallorca the man ended up in hospital
Late yesterday morning, a young British man had to be rescued after having fallen onto rocks at Cala Castellot in Santa Ponsa.
The man was apparently drunk, and fell whilst walking along the rocky path.
His cries were heard from a pool in a neighbouring complex and rescue teams arrived quickly on the scene to take him to hospital. He sustained numerous cuts and bruises from the fall, after only arriving on the Island 2 hours before.
