New luxury beach hotel for Mallorca
Kameha Bay Portals promises 5 star service & a luxury spa
The Grand Hoteliers of the Lifestyle Hospitality & Entertainment Group (LH&E) will soon be opening it's new luxury hotel, the Kameha Bay Portals, in one of the prime spots on Mallorca. Just around the corner from the famous glitzy marina of Puerto Portals and only seven miles from Palma, the new hotel promises to be one of Mallorca's swankiest.
LH&E are currently redeveloping an old disused hotel right on the sea front in Portals Nous, in a cove with a small sandy beach (Playa Cala Portals), just around the corner from Puerto Portals. It will have around 65 rooms & suites, with a huge spa offering beauty and holistic treatments. The hotel promises striking design features, with beautiful gardens and terraces, and a 20 metre vertical water feature tumbling into one of the pools.
There will be a beach club for guests with private dressing rooms and an espresso bar. With a gourmet restaurant and various indoor and outdoor bars, it sounds like there will be plenty of nooks and crannies for your pleasure, and all with wonderful sea views.
Kameha Bay Portals has made an early impact with the renowned luxury hotel association 'Leading Hotels of the World' who have already signed up the hotel. The hotel was due to open for the summer of 2013, but changes to the architectural plan has meant that the opening has been pushed back to early 2014.
