If you are looking to discover some of the fantastic terrain that Mallorca has to offer either on foot or the back of a Mountain Bike, Tramuntana Tours' expert guides can take you on some amazing adventures.
The company are based in Soller, in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the ideal starting place for exploring some of the best routes Mallorca has to offer.
Mountain Biking Tours
Why take a guided tour? The Sierra Tramuntana is riddled with paths, however as 90% of the land is privately owned and many tracks are unsuitable for biking, a guide will make your experience more enjoyable.
There is a wide variety of trails to discover, from rocky single tracks which wind through the olive groves to easier 4-wheel drive paths. With the Mediterranean never far away, the views are always spectacular.
Whether you are an expert mountain biker or are just starting to ride off-road, Tramuntana Tours have a choice of seven guided excursions to suit your level graded from 1 = Easy to 5 = Difficult.
Bikes can be hired through the company so you'll have everything you need in one plage.
For walking excursions, the company specialises in smaller groups, between 4 and 8 people. Their knowledgeable guide will provide information throughout the hikes on the history, culture, flora and fauna of this beautiful area. The company offer a range of walk from a gentle 4 mile stroll through to 44 mile hikes spread over 5 days.
Private transport to and from your hotel to the trails is included in the prices.

- "Day one of our trip saw us joining a guided mountain biking trip with about 5 others. The super helpful guide Chris took us on some rather rugged trails (if you're expecting groomed mountain bike trails think again as it's all hiking trails so whilst most of it's straight forward there are some fairly technical sections at times even on the moderate ride). We saw some amazing scenario, which is to be expected and had a great time. The wife isn't much of a mountain biker so it was a brave experience for her and she took some tumbles along the way which just added to the experience (bruises) but Chris took it all in his stride. There were some really avid riders in our group too and Chris did very well to adjust the days ride to cater as much as he could to everyones tastes despite the wide range of abilities. Bikes were top notch, dual suspension and well looked after and what I would consider to be great value for day hire." - Trip Advisor
- "Beautiful walk to Cala Tuent with excellent restaurant for lunch on stunning terrace. Food matched location. Then home on ferry also a great experience. Friendly guide and sociable companions. Also rented Trek carbon race bike for the week - well maintained bike at reasonable price." - Trip Advisor
- "We did spent only two days on Mallorca and we had planned out guided walk with Andy from Tramontana tours ahead of arrival via mail. Any mail I have sent did have an reply in less than 24 hours and therefore the planning of that guided walk in the Tramuntana was easy and handled in a very professional way. Everything on the day of the walk worked as planned. Our guide, Diego was very professional and we had a beautiful day." - Trip Advisor
- "I've now used Tramuntana Tours four times in the last four years and I can recommended them 100%. I've rented bikes, taken a guided walk, been kayaking and sailing. All have been outstanding. They had a great range of top spec bikes to cater for all abilities. Our guide (Michelle) was brilliant - friendly, helpful and full of local knowledge which made the trip all the more enjoyable. All the staff I've dealt with have been really accommodating. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Soller." - Trip Advisor
