One of the few fincas close to Cala d'Or
Located in the South East of the island, between the small town of Calonge and Cala Dor. Furnished with attention to detail, the estate is located in a unique and quiet location, among the pristine countryside.
This finca is decorated with simplicity and good taste, situated 500 metres from Cala d'Or and 1000 metres from the sea in a natural setting with palm-trees, fruit trees and a wide variety of local flora. The finca features a restaurant situated in what used to be the windmill and also an attractive swimming-pool with a solarium and an open bar.
It has a total of six rooms, 3 of which are individually furnished rooms with double beds. The Estate also has a junior, senior, and rooftop suite. All rooms come standard with air conditioning, bathroom, mini bar, safe, as well as large private patios with comfortable chairs from where you can enjoy the beautiful view.

- "We were in this beautiful, small country house hotel in the beginning of July. The facility is located about 10 minutes outside the city center of Cala d'Or.
Nothing was missing! The breakfast left nothing to be desired, there were free coffee and pastries anytime. Beach mats and a parasol were in the room ready for the beach. You can even borrow a cool box! Super! Niki always gave us good advice, whether for excursions or culinary. Although Sa Tanca is close to Cala d'Or, it is absolutely quiet there. Our pretty room had a great roof terrace with views of the gardens and the huge pool. Wow, really nice! And a great service: Breakfast on the terrace was our every wish was fulfilled.
