With the season change just a couple of weeks away, as autumn starts on Sunday, September 23rd 2018, the Spanish Meteorological Agency (AEMET) have released their forecast for September, October and November. It seems like temperatures will be slightly higher, making it a great time to visit the island.

The temperature this autumn might rise to a balmy 20ºC, more than what is normal for this season in Mallorca. September will be the warmest month, with an average temperature of 22.8ºC and maximums of up to 26.3ºC. There will also be fewer precipitations than usual, making it the perfect time of year for a trip to Mallorca to enjoy its empty beaches and quiet streets.

Rains will be more frequent in October and November, with sunnier, warmer days expected around the traditional summery dates of Sant Miquel (29th September), the autumn roses (12th October) and Sant Martín (11th November).

Now that the kids are back to school, why not enjoy a romantic escapade to Mallorca or Ibiza?
