International Golf Market 2016 meets at Bunyola this week
The most important event on the international golf tourism calendar, the International Golf Travel Market (IGTM), is taking place at Son Termes Golf Course in Bunyola until next Thursday. The best specialised tour operators, travel agencies and carriers have flown into the island to participate in this 2016 edition.
According to the organisers, they have chosen Mallorca because of its incredible development as a golf destination in the past few years. In their own words, "Mallorca is one of the outstanding golf destinations in the Mediterranean, with a varied, high-quality golf product and a special cultural identity. With year-round perfect weather and all of its golf courses all within a 60-minute drive, it has an enviable reputation among European golf destinations."
