If authorised, 8 million euros will be invested, with the main actions to be undertaken being the construction of modern annex buildings and esplanades for sailing and canoeing.

Established in 1948 when the Regatta Club (created in 1891) and Club España joined forces, the Real Club Náutico de Palma is one of the most prestigious institutions in the city.

This renovation project, by MSM Architects, is being undertaken by the management team with the hope that improvements will allow the extension of their current licence for at least another 20 years. The architects plans were on show for members of the club on July 13th and 14th, and they will also involve an enhancement of the access to the marina by opening it to the Gardens of Sant Telmo.
