In 2004, chef Tomeu Caldentey was awarded a Michelín star for his take on Mallorcan dishes with his own personal twist, which he still keeps to this day.
Prepare to have your taste buds tantalised with his choice of two tasting menus where you get a real sense of the extent of the chef's creativity and flair. These include dishes such as beef cooked at low temperature in vacuum for eight hours, then caramelised and finally steamed in herbal smoke, a truly tasty creation.
The main tasting menu, Bou Concept, is available for dinner only from Tuesday to Saturday, except Wednesdays, (you must arrive between 20:00 and 20:30). Classics menu, commemorating 15 years of the restaurant's opening, is available for lunch on Saturdays from 13:00 to 15:00 and for dinner on Wednesdays from 19:30 to 22:30.
