This is a stunning villa in the Alconasser area, just a 5 minute drive from Deia.

The house is beautifully decorated throughout, upon entry is an open plan, spacious and airy kitchen and living room area with breakfast bar, dining table and comfy seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern Siemens appliances, large fridge freezer, wine cooler and Nespresso maker. From here the doors open on to a beautiful terrace with space to relax and entertain and a Majorcan BBQ to cook your catch of the day.

A little further on is an expansive pool with sun loungers and an incredible view of the Mediterranean Sea. To watch the sunset you can wander down to the special viewing point and sip your cava as the sun goes down.

Sleeping

The villa sleeps up to six in three double bedrooms which each have access to private bathrooms.

The pool

The beautiful outdoor pool is set on a cobbled terrace overlooking the sea. There is plenty of space for sunbeds around the pool and the trees provide welcome shade from the midday sun.
