Set in its own colourful Mediterranean gardens, this 4 bedroom villa is set in a rural location yet still close to Pollensa Old Town, with the nearest beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are just a short drive away. The formidable Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and El Puig de Maria looming in the distance providing captivating mountain views whilst you relax and unwind by the private swimming pool.

Villa Alyvos is an authentic 4 bedroom Mallorcan home, set all on one level. The four bedrooms include a master suite with ensuite bathroom with shower. Furthermore, it has its own office room which also includes a cot, making it ideal for those with small children/babies. Two double bedrooms and one twin room, share two adjacent bathrooms with shower/bath. All bedrooms are light and bright and were renovated 2019 with the master bedroom renovated in 2020.

The cosy living and dining space has a contemporary country finish with whitewashed walls, comfy sofas, TV, and a log burning fire for the cooler months. The large modern kitchen is well equipped and looks onto a large covered al-fresco terrace which has a lovely seating area and large dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals.

The garden is perfect for families with children. The clear blue private swimming pool is very close to the house ideal to watch the children from the covered terrace while the rest of the family can relax and unwind in complete and utter comfort. Also, the garden has a playground area with swings and a slide ideal for smaller children. Next to the pool, there is a stone built BBQ to grill up an al fresco meal.

Follow the country lane in one of Pollensa’s most sought after valleys – the Vall De Coloyna, before long you’ll fall upon this traditional Spanish finca. The historic Pollensa Old Town is just 2km’s away and has a bustling market spread out amongst narrow, cobbled lanes. Azure blue waters lap the sandy coast at the nearest beaches of Puerto Pollensa and are an unforgettable backdrop for a family day out.

Sleeping

The villa sleeps up to eight in four bedrooms. There is one master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and private office and three twin/double rooms that share two bathrooms.

Dining

This property is let on self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively you could opt for a food delivery service

The pool

The outdoor pool is situated on the terrace in front of the villa and extends out into the lawn. It is accessed by Roman steps that lead into the pool from the terrace. On the lawn you can set up your sun-bed and parasol and enjoy the glorious Mediterranean weather.
