A well-located townhouse in the centre of Pollensa, just a few minutes walk to the main square. It features plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine, including a large roof terrace with a private swimming pool.
From the entrance door, there is comfortable open plan living room, dining area, leading onto a downstairs kitchen and small private garage (room for bikes only).
The property features a living room, dining area, kitchen, private garage and indoor sunroom with a sliding glass wall to connect it to the balcony. On the roof terrace, there is an outside kitchen area, a dining table, and a shaded sofa area. There are also great views of Pollensa from the roof.
The beach and port are within easy reach, either by car or by public bus.

The six bedrooms include five good size double bedrooms and one single bedroom, 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite) and a guest WC.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor, and 5 bedrooms on the first floor.

The villa is let on a self-catering basis. However, you can book private chefs according to your requirements through the agents.

The pool
There is a good sized pool on the roof terrace of the villa, with a terraced area featuring sun loungers, a dining area, and outside kitchen with BBQ and a shaded sofa area.
