A beautiful villa in a secluded spot, but close to the beach, the golf and to Puerta Pollensa. The property is made up of 3 separate buildings, and has a swimming pool and tennis courts.
This villa is most suited to large families and groups who are looking for a traditional Spanish experience, as the villa is rustic, and not modern. The gardens are large, well looked after and offer plenty of places to sit and relax with a drink, or to entertain.
The buildings each have their own characteristics. The largest sleeps eight, and is decorated in a typical Mallorcan style, with white walls, exposed beams and terracotta tiled floors. The second is a large tower sleeping four persons. The tower is not suitable for small children as the second floor office does not have a suitable safety rail. The final building sleeps two and has a great modern kitchen so is a good option for cooking enthusiasts.
Sleeping
There are two double bedrooms and two twins in the main building. Two double bedrooms in the second building, and a double bedroom in the third building.
Dining
The villa is let on a self-catering basis. However, you can book private chefs according to your requirements through the agents.
Welcome packs can also be added to your booking and cost £50.00. Their standard pack includes Sliced bread, 5l Water, Butter, Cheese, Ham, Fresh milk, 6 Eggs, Orange juice, Coffee, Tea, Jam, Sugar, Bottle white wine, Bottle red wine, Cava, 6 pack of San Miguel, Bacon, Olives. Crisps, Biscuits, Toilet roll, Washing up liquid, Sponge, Dishwasher tablets and Bin bags.
The pool
There is a large swimming pool, with a covered terrace, BBQ, dining area, and sun loungers.
