Can Fiol is an imposing stone-built villa with modern interiors and stunning outdoor areas. Perfectly located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, this villa has been designed to impress.
Inside, the villa spans two floors, blending elegance and comfort. The entrance, through double wooden doors, opens into a grand marble-finished hallway with a staircase to the upper floor. The large, fully equipped kitchen features a walk-in utility room, spacious dining area, and doors leading to the terraces. The breakfast nook, with an aluminium and glass table and vibrant orange chairs, adds a modern touch. A separate dining and lounge area with double glass doors opens onto the rear terrace. This floor also includes a guest toilet and a twin bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with access to a panoramic terrace. The twin bedroom has its own shower room, while the double bedroom boasts a bathroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Outdoors, the extensive lawned gardens and terraces create a serene space for alfresco dining and relaxation. A covered poolside kitchen and built-in barbecue area complement the rear terrace, which is furnished with rattan seating. The landscaped gardens, illuminated at night, are planted with local trees and shrubs.

Puerto Pollensa, also known as Port de Pollença, is an established, family-friendly tourist resort in the north of Mallorca.
