A charming villa in a fantastic location in the old town of Pollenca, with an expansive terrace, private pool and garden.

Can Jaume La Font is situated in the sought after area of La Font, nestled along a small, quiet country lane. The villa is close enough to walk to the restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in the Old town of Pollensa.

Set on one floor, the rooms are cool, bright and airy with high ceilings and stone floors. All rooms have air-conditioning, there is also central heating for the cooler months.

The spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with comfortable sofas offer a great place to relax. Here you can enjoy the satellite TV, a DVD player and CD stereo, as well as a modern lighting system where you can choose different colours to suit your mood! The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, for your convenience.

Doors from the lounge lead out onto a long and shady covered terrace which provides welcome shade on two sides of the property, from which you can enjoy beautiful views across to the Boquer mountains. The swimming pool has roman steps and an infinity type waterfall. The pool is surrounded by a terrace for sunbathing and there is a garden with ample lawn space and Mediterranean plants and flowers. A pool-shower is also provided here for use before or after a swim.

Can Jaume is a very welcoming villa for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. It’s in an ideal location within easy walking distance of Pollensa, whilst being on the edge of the fantastic countryside for cycling and walking. The beautiful beach and resort of Puerto Pollenca are just a 5-minute drive away.

Sleeping

This villa sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, arranged as one double and one twin. Both rooms are bright and airy, with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms share a bathroom, which features a walk--in shower.

Dining

The villa is let on a self-catering basis. However, you can book private chefs according to your requirements through the agents.
