This recently renovated townhouse is situated in the heart of Pollensa town, just three minutes walk from the main square.
The house is spread out over three floors and the interior includes many of the beautiful original features such as wooden doors and exposed beams.
The living spaces flow into one another. The light and airy living room has beamed ceilings, two comfortable sofas where you can relax in the evenings and French windows that overlook the street below. The room leads through into the spacious dining area with a white wooden table that can easily seat eight. The dining area leads through to the fully equipped kitchen which has access to a spacious terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create your favourite dishes when not dining out. There is a full-size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The charming terrace has views out over the city and includes outside dining furniture so you can enjoy your meals alfresco. There is also a sun lounger so you can soak up the sun or relax with a book.
For entertainment throughout your holiday, there is a flat-screen Satellite TV and a DVD player so you can curl up in front of a film.
Sleeping
The townhouse sleeps up to six in three bedrooms. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin/double room with en-suite bathroom and a twin room with access to a separate shower room.
Dining
The villa is let on a self-catering basis. However, you can book private chefs according to your requirements through the agents.
