A recently refurbished villa, well located in Pollensa just a short walk from the main plaza and village square. The house has a large garden and a nice swimming pool.
The new interiors are modern, whilst maintaining a traditional feel. The finishings are of a high standard, and the decor has been well thought out, to leave the rooms fresh and light. All modern conveniences have been installed, included air conditioning, satellite TV with DVD player, and high speed WiFi.
The outdoor space is secluded and private, and also includes a well equipped BBQ area that acts as a second outdoor kitchen, there is plenty of seating to dine, relax and entertain in during the day. There is also an outdoor shower and WC.
Restaurants, shops, golf, tennis and horseriding and all within walking distance from the property. The sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and coves of Cala San Vicente are around a 10 minute drive.
Sleeping
The villa sleeps up to six in two double bedrooms and two twin rooms. There are three bathrooms (including outside full shower-room).
Dining
The villa is let on a self-catering basis. However, you can book private chefs according to your requirements through the agents.
Welcome packs can also be added to your booking and cost £50.00. Their standard pack includes Sliced bread, 5l Water, Butter, Cheese, Ham, Fresh milk, 6 Eggs, Orange juice, Coffee, Tea, Jam, Sugar, Bottle white wine, Bottle red wine, Cava, 6 pack of San Miguel, Bacon, Olives. Crisps, Biscuits, Toilet roll, Washing up liquid, Sponge, Dishwasher tablets and Bin bags.
The pool
The outdoor pool is attractive and placed in the lawned garden, with sun loungers to relax in.
