The holiday house is in a quiet location, on the outskirts of Cala Rajada, 200m from Son Moll beach and Sa Pedruscada. Ten minutes from the tourist centre and a few kilometres away from the medieval centre of Capdepera.

The villa is located only within 100 metres from the sea where you can swim in secluded bays. It was renovated and opened as a holiday home in 2013.

It comes complete with new furniture, a new bathroom, three modern bedrooms with air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and living room. There is enough space for six people to enjoy the villa in comfort.

The villa also comes with free wireless, satellite TV in the living room, a laundry, a garage, a porch, a garden terrace with a swimming pool and fruit trees in the garden.

Dining

This property is let on self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively you could opt for a food delivery service.

The pool

This property has a lovely square swimming pool directly at the back of house. If necessary you can ask for a Baby Secure fence to be put in place to allow extra security and for you to enjoy your holiday.
