This stunning villa has been completed to a very high standard and includes everything you'll need to have a relaxing, comfortable self-catering holiday. Set in an elevated position with beautiful view of the southern part of the island.
Outside there are wonderful terraces where you can enjoy meals illuminated by star light, and there are plenty of smaller nooks to loose oneself in and curl up with a favourite book. The large pool is a constant temptation offering welcome relief from the warm Mallorcan sunshine. Located in a central location on the island, the charming towns of Alaro, Binisalem and Santa Maria are close by and the city of Palma can be reached with 20 minutes. Behind are the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range where you can walk and hike and enjoy the spectacular scenery.
Finca del Alaro is perfectly located for those seeking peace and tranquility in a very private and secure setting but with fantastic facilities close by. The spacious living areas of the main house have been designed in luxury chic style with modern facilities, it´s exterior areas are fantastic manicured grounds and lawn areas together with shady terraces and the breathtaking views that makes Finca del Alaro a truly unique experience.
The elegantly laid out open plan living areas are light, airy and spacious. Antique furnishings, rugs and candlelit chandeliers create a relaxed calm ambience.
The large open plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including electric hob and cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, larder fridge,freezer and dishwasher together with everything else required to cater for you and your fellow guests. The utility room has an extra fridge for wine and drinks storage.

The villa is let on a self-catering basis. However, you can book private chefs according to your requirements through the agents.
Welcome packs can also be added to your booking and cost £50.00. Their standard pack includes Sliced bread, 5l Water, Butter, Cheese, Ham, Fresh milk, 6 Eggs, Orange juice, Coffee, Tea, Jam, Sugar, Bottle white wine, Bottle red wine, Cava, 6 pack of San Miguel, Bacon, Olives. Crisps, Biscuits, Toilet roll, Washing up liquid, Sponge, Dishwasher tablets and Bin bags.
