Es Moli de Son Maiol Villa, Santa Maria del Cami

The finca sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and has 4 en-suite bathrooms.

The villa is let on a self-catering basis. However, they are able to provide breakfast or a private chef if you wish to have catering.

The owners have their own private vineyards and organise wine tasting and guided vineyard tours, which are well worth a visit.

The large outdoor pool is set on a walled stone terrace with plenty of space for sunbeds on all sides so you can lounge by the pool. In one corner there is a covered terrace with dining furniture where you can enjoy your meals alfresco.

• "I'm not even sure where to begin with this review :) I'll start with saying we did not stay at the residence, we just did the VIP Finca Experience... Next time, we plan to stay at the residence - there will for sure be a next time!! So the day of the VIP Finca Experience (booked through mallorcawinetours.com) was picture perfect. From the Finca, to the wine, to the food, to the view, to the company... And I don't just mean the lovely company I had with my family (8 of us), I mean the company of the lovely hosts (Miriam and Julien) as well. The closest way I've been able to describe the day was as if a Majorcan opened up their home and let us enjoy a day in the life with them. We tasted phenomenal wine at Ribas first where Miriam gave us a private tour of the wine-making and gave us the history of Majorcan wine. We also ate delicious tapas and of course drank great wine. Then we got a private ride to Es Moli de Son Maiol where along the way we saw very old vineyards still growing grapes the "non-modern" way which I had never seen before in all my wine tours over the years. Lastly, we were given a private tour of the Es Moli de Son Maiol Finca (wow) and then enjoyed an outdoor tablescape with stunning views of the Mediterranean and Palma, where we dined on homemade tapas from Miriam (such simple, elegant, fresh food), drank delicious Majorcan wines, and had lots of great conversations and laughs... And Miriam and Julien popped in and out enjoying the time with us as well - which was so much fun. My 2 children (5 and 4 at the time) even enjoyed this 4-hour experience... They explored the Es Moli de Son Maiol property playing with the dogs, checking out the rabbits and the parakeets, and taking LOTS of pictures. We were all (from 4 to 65) enamoured with the place. • "Located in Santa Maria, close to Palma (15 minutes drive to City centre) and 20 minutes to some beaches. Santa Maria is a large village - it lacks charm but has a great market on Sunday.Very quiet Location, view over the landscape around. Part of a huge land where also the owner and his Family lives. There are many sheep on the grounds so you wake up with the Sound of the bells of the sheep, very idyllic! Nice Finca style house, with kitchen living and 2 bedrooms on ground floor and 2 more bedrooms on the first floor. The house is simple but very charming. All rooms have aircon. Be Aware that you are in the middle of the countryside, so you get a lot of ants and mosquitoes. Laundry is outside the house Close to the pool. There is no dryer. Large pool and garden - great to relax in a complete quiet environment. Thanks to many trees it never gets too hot, you can always sit in the shade. There is also a Tennis court to use, really convenient. The owner is very nice and helpful. If you look for a nice rustic Finca in the countryside this is a very good Option -I enjoyed it very much and can imagine to come back to this nice place!" - Trip Advisor
