The property is just a 5 minute drive to the old town of Alcudia where there are many shops, pavement cafe bars and fine restaurants can be found; Alcanada golf course, horse riding, tennis and water parks are all within a short drive. The beaches of Malpas can be reached easily within a 25 minutes walk.

Entering the grounds through a gated entrance you proceed along the long driveway to the parking area in front of the villa.
The villa is set out on two levels, from the main entrance you enter the large hallway and off to the left there is a lounge with large flat screen TV and comfortable sofas with access to the downstairs bathroom behind it.

Back through the hall way you will find the very well equipped kitchen with oven, hot plates, fridge freezer, microwave oven and dish washer, together with a full range of cooking utensils, pots and and pans, there is a double sink and plenty of work surfaces. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large outdoor kitchen with with washing machine, large dining table and comfortable sofa area. with access to the pool, terrace and garden area. Also on this floor is a ground floor double bedroom. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms two twin bedded rooms and a further double bedroom. The three bedrooms share the principal bathroom on the first floor, it includes, bath with shower, low level wc, bidet and large bathroom wash basin. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The pool is 10m x 5m and 2 metres at the deeper end and has a paved terraced surrounded with trees and shrubs, with fantastic mountain views along the Sierra Tramuntana mountain range.

The covered terrace is the perfect place for BBQs and al fresco dining or for relaxing with drink whilst taking in the mountain views. There is plenty of outside furniture including comfortable sofa areas, sunbeds and dining tables with chairs. There is a super brick built BBQ and outdoor Mallorquin oven.
