Modern and stylish, La Vinya Gran is a spectacular holiday home with private swimming pool and perfectly located just 5 minutes drive away from the old town of Pollensa and conveniently close to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente. Featuring five bedrooms, extensive outdoor areas, a stunning contemporary design and panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains to the bay of Pollensa beyond, this villa is set to impress.
The ground floor of this spacious villa boasts an enormous, airy lounge and dining area, elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas, modern furniture, and a large dining table with ten chairs. Two sets of glass patio doors open to the garden and covered terrace, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the private pool.
The ground floor also features three well-appointed bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and another twin bedroom that shares a separate shower room. All ground-floor bedrooms have direct access to the covered terrace, which overlooks the scenic countryside.
A staircase with horizontal balustrades (please take care with children) leads to the first floor, where you'll find two additional bedrooms. One is a twin bedroom, and the other is a double bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling window, providing breathtaking views of the Bay of Pollensa and beyond. A full bathroom is shared by these two rooms. The interiors throughout the villa are modern, stylish, and flooded with natural light.
Outside, the villa continues to impress. Steps lead down from the dining terrace to a large lawn area, adjacent to the built-in barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. The private swimming pool, surrounded by lush lawned gardens and sunbathing terraces, offers plenty of space for relaxation. Sunbeds and shades are provided, ensuring guests can enjoy long, leisurely hours basking under the Mallorcan sun.
