This is a luxurious villa that has been restored from old ruins with great care to incorporate the original architecture with a modern design.

Situated in the quiet town of Campanet which is nestled in the Tramuntana Mountains the interior features exposed stone warms contemporary furnishings. The large open plan living area on the ground floor includes a huge U shaped sofa at one end centred around a log fire - perfect for cool spring and autumn evenings. At the far end of the room is a fully equipped modern kitchen. This social space is ideal for entertaining.

On the lower ground floor there is a separate living room where you can go to relax, switch off in front of the satellite TV or a DVD. You can also have a go on the games console or challenge someone to a game of table football. This floor also contains a laundry room so if you are planning a longer trip or are travelling with younger children you can still pack light.

As well as the patio area on the ground floor the villa also includes a roof terrace from where you can admire the views of the surrounding mountains.

WiFi access is available throughout the property so you can easily keep up with friends and family at home.

Sleeping

The villa sleeps up to 12 in five rooms. There are three double bedrooms with en-suite shower room and two double bunk-bed rooms (four full-size beds per room) which share two separate shower rooms.

Dining

This property is let on a self-catering basis. However, welcome packs are provided as part of the package so you'll have all the basics waiting for you on your arrival.

The pool

The pool is within the small terrace garden which is a great space to relax and unwind on the comfortable sun-loungers. The pool is 8m x 3m and has an electric over for child safety when not in use.
