Villa Maria Bonaire is a stylish, modern villa ideally located in the upmarket area of Bonaire, near Alcudia. Recently renovated to the highest standard, beautifully furnished and fully air-conditioned, this villa can sleep in comfort and style up to 8 guests.
Thanks to its welcoming interiors and beautifully furnished outdoor areas with a private pool, this villa will be the perfect base for a holiday to remember!
The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious lounge with an adjoining dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms (which can be joined upon request), and a family bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a small laundry room. Both the kitchen and lounge open directly onto the pool terrace, which also includes a shaded dining area. An impressive staircase leads to the first floor, where two further en-suite bedrooms are located. The master bedroom suite is notably large and features its own bathroom with a shower, as well as access to two terraces – one overlooking the pool and the other offering distant sea views. The other bedroom is furnished with twin beds (which can also be joined upon request) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, along with access to a pool-facing balcony. The property is air-conditioned, available at set times between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm.
Outside, the villa boasts extensive sun terraces surrounding the property, as well as a generously sized private pool. The pool area is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, and there is also a delightfully pretty shaded chill-out area.
Off-street parking is available free of charge.
