This property is one of the 50 great ‘Posesiones’ in the Northern Mallorca, covers 620 acres in the desirable Vall de’n March. 

The Estate and its organic olive farm sit 300 metres above the valley floor, offering stunning views across the Tramuntana mountain range. The property is a grand and historic house that can both impress visitors and yet accommodate a family and guests very comfortably. 

Its large patios, comfortable rooms, quiet nooks and impressive historic features such as its working olive press and Moorish Tower, give a sense of presence that few homes possess. The house is full of antique and rustic furniture which completes the atmosphere. The house is approximately 1300 square meters and is built around two interior courtyards.

There are six bedrooms, five bathrooms, large kitchen, a large entry hall, living room, dining room, and three ante-rooms attached to other rooms.  The are two further properties on the estate which can also be made available on request.

The main house can accommodate up to 12 people, 6 additional guests can be accommodated in another house on the estate which can be rented at an additional charge.

The villa is let on a self-catering basis. However, you can book private chefs according to your requirements through the agents.

Welcome packs can also be added to your booking and cost £50.00. Their standard pack includes Sliced bread, 5l Water, Butter, Cheese, Ham, Fresh milk, 6 Eggs, Orange juice, Coffee, Tea, Jam, Sugar, Bottle white wine, Bottle red wine, Cava, 6 pack of San Miguel, Bacon, Olives. Crisps, Biscuits, Toilet roll, Washing up liquid, Sponge, Dishwasher tablets and Bin bags.

The Pool

Outside there are several terraces and main swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. There are spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

Cycle Hire

You’ll need to organise your own bike hire when staying here.  Things to consider are the type of bike you want to rent such as road, mountain, hard trail and/or an electric bike; and whether you’ll need helmets and protective clothing with your rental. You’re best off choosing a shop that is close to your accommodation for ease of access, and making it quicker to return the bike and pay at the end. Some companies may also deliver so it’s worth looking at all the options.
