This spacious and impressive villa is situated in Illetes with direct access to a private beach.
The interior of the villa offers a bright and airy atmosphere with wooden floors and beams giving the living area plenty of character. The lounge has comfortable sofas and large floor to ceiling doors opening on a balcony with wonderful views of the sea.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to self-cater including a full-size oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There are plenty of sociable spaces on the terrace or the balconies to indulge in Al fresco dining. The swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace and deck chairs so you can relax and sunbathe.
For your convenience, there's WIFI throughout and a utility room with washing machine. It is a great spot to enjoy the beach and the city as the villa is not far from Palma city, Portals nous and Bendinat.
Sleeping
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people in five spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms and beautiful views of the beach and sea.
Dining
The chalet is let on a self-catering basis. However, you can book private chefs according to your requirements through the agents.
Welcome packs can also be added to your booking and cost £50.00. Their standard pack includes Sliced bread, 5l Water, Butter, Cheese, Ham, Fresh milk, 6 Eggs, Orange juice, Coffee, Tea, Jam, Sugar, Bottle white wine, Bottle red wine, Cava, 6 pack of San Miguel, Bacon, Olives. The pool
The outdoor pool is set on a terrace with views of the sea and is easily accessible from the terrace. There is space at one end for several sun loungers so you can soak up the sun by the waterside.
