Swimming tour of Sa Dragonera Island

Imprint
Updated

A swimming tour of Sa Dragonera Island will take place on Sunday 12th June. The main course is 9,500 metres long and there is a shorter, alternative course of 3,300 metres. The island, declared a natural park in 1995, will provide a stunning backdrop to the challenge.

The swim is organised by Neda Worldwide, an organisation that aims to promote open water swimming. They offer a programme of non-competitive, group events, all held in areas of natural beauty. No rankings are given for those participating as Neda prefers entrants to focus on the personal challenge and enjoy the experience.

The departure and arrival points for the Sa Dragonera event are located in the port of Dragonera. For further information and to register visit the Neda Worldwide website

For further information regarding the island visit Sa Dragonera Natural Park
