1. 3\65 Restaurant

Location
Pollenca

3\65 Restaurant sits within the Son Brull estate near Pollensa and offers a dining experience closely connected to Mallorca’s landscape, seasons and traditions. The cuisine is rooted in the island, with menus that change throughout the year to reflect what is at its best at each moment. A strong emphasis is placed on ingredients from the estate itself, complemented by carefully selected products from some of Mallorca’s most respected producers and artisans.

This seasonal approach results in dishes that are clear, balanced and thoughtful, allowing the quality of the ingredients to take centre stage. The experience is refined without feeling formal, making it well suited to diners looking for something special but grounded in place.

Wine plays an important role at 3\65 Restaurant. The cellar features a collection of over two hundred wines from around the world, with a particularly strong focus on excellent Mallorcan labels. Guests choosing the pairing option can enjoy wines selected by Joan Amengual, Head of Service and sommelier, who curates pairings to complement each dish on the menu.

The restaurant’s name reflects its setting. Son Brull was built by the Jesuits in the eighteenth century as a convent and farm, long known locally as “the farm with as many windows as days in the year”. Today, 3\65 Restaurant continues that tradition, offering a distinctive gastronomic experience shaped by history, land and season.
