The old stone house, with tower, chapel and olive press, dates back to the 17th century. It has been recently renovated with comfortable rooms & all modern facilities.

There is a dining room with open fire place. Among the activities, they invite you to relax in the pool, and walk among its wildlife (hares, partridges, goats, and wild birds) and varied Mediterranean flora (pine, olive, carob, almond, fruit trees). Its 140 hectares of land are still used for agriculture and sheep farming.

The hotel has five double bedrooms, plus another one for three or four people, all with their en-suite bathroom. They are equipped with air conditioning and fireplaces or wood stoves for the cold winter nights. Some have wonderful sea views and other overlook the green mountains.

There is also a cosy dining room, as well as a garden with a swimming pool, surrounded by carob trees and old olive trees. They offer home-made breakfast and dinner made with fresh local produce. They even produce their own wine with Malvasía local grapes, showing their guests all the stages of the process.

The original architectural forms have been preserved, creating a clever fusion of late middle ages architecture, modern elements and functionality.

They have a restaurant in the old olive mill. The olive plantation was used to produce oil which was sold in the local markets during the period when the noble family of the “Marques de Verger” was still running the estate.
