For late-night partying, cocktails, and entertainment, Palma city is a year-round hot spot for nightlife. Coming alive in the summer months, the beach resorts provide plenty of late-night fun. The party can start as early or as late as you like, with beach clubs servicing the early starters and nightclubs accommodating the die-hard party people from midnight through to sunrise.

Palma is a vibrant city that never sleeps, offering something for everyone all year round. Wander through the old town around Passeig des Born, La Llonja and Santa Catalina, and you’ll find a mix of traditional local bars and trendy drinking spots. In summer, the marina-side Paseo Marítimo comes alive, with music spilling from a mile-long stretch of bars and crowds filling the streets. Along the coastline, seasonal resorts open between April and October, featuring everything from beach shacks and lively clubs to bustling bars and nightclubs.

For those seeking a full-on party, Magaluf and S’Arenal (Playa de Palma) are the top destinations, while other summer resorts such as Puerto Alcudia, Cala Ratjada, Port d’Andratx and Cala d’Or offer late-night entertainment to keep holidaymakers going. Inland towns like Inca and Manacor boast year-round bars and nightclubs, giving a taste of authentic local nightlife. Every village usually has a central square where you can enjoy a drink, but for the liveliest nights, head to Palma, a larger town, a port or one of the coastal resorts to experience the island’s best nightlife.
