The main architectural elements of the building have been preserved, including the marés arcade (built with beach rock according to Balearic tradition) and the two staircases, one Gothic and the other in an Art Noveau style, presiding the hall.

The six unique rooms have their own identity. They are all equipped with the latest comforts: central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, and free wireless connection to the Internet.

This is an environmentally-friendly hotel with many native fruit trees, plants and flowers, as well as solar panels and a recycling scheme.

Some of the old activities still take place on the farm and Son Siurana continues to produce almonds, figs and farms sheep locally.

Son Siurana has been restored keeping many of the original Mallorcan features including antique bead-heads, fabrics of Mallorcan motifs, hand-painted ceramics, rosettes, lime-washed walls, domed ceilings, beams, “resplandit” windows, etc. All the furniture is antique and has been recently restored in order to give each of the houses the warmth and charm of olden times. Popular for weddings this finca is one of Mallorca's hidden gems.

Surrounded by outstanding nature, there are woodlands with tree species native to this soil, olive orchards, vineyards, almond trees, and oaks that live to over 100 years, forming a listed area of outstanding natural beauty.

On the farm itself there are Talaiotic monuments going back over 3,000 years, and visitors can enjoy the unique privilege of examining one at close quarters right in the garden, next to the swimming pool.

The hotel is also a working farm producing wine, extra virgin olive oil, oranges, lemons, market garden produce, eggs from our hens, etc., all of which is offered to guests.

It is surrounded by a beautiful park, terrace, bar and restaurant (menu or à la carte). The 20 guest rooms, all of them with terrace, are situated in three annex buildings and surrounded by romantic gardens.

The hotel is under German management who provide attention to detail and Mediterranean hospitality.
