The restaurant is led by Chef Marga Coll, who has been perfecting her craft since 1995, bringing decades of experience from renowned Majorcan kitchens to every dish she creates.

At Miceli, the menu changes daily, inspired by the best produce available at the local market. From fresh vegetables and seafood to hand-picked meats, each plate is prepared with care, offering diners an authentic taste of Mallorca with a modern touch. The approach is straightforward yet refined, focusing on quality over complexity.

Since 2018, Miceli has expanded with La Barra de Miceli, a market bar where visitors can enjoy breakfast, tapas, or a light lunch. Here, the daily-changing menu is written on blackboards, reflecting the freshest market finds, paired with a wide selection of vermouths and wines by the glass.
