First established in 1996, the annual Superyacht Cup is the longest running superyacht regatta in Europe attracting over 200 sailing superyachts to the event during its 15 year history. The most luxurious superyachts in the world meet in Palma for a race around Mallorca's clear water. The race is on this week from the 22nd to the 25th June.

One of the most popular religious destinations on Mallorca/Majorca is nestled in the Tramuntana mountain range on the north of the island. The Lluc Monastery receives hundreds of visitors a day, and although it's pretty here, there is not much to do except enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
