New 5 star Hotel & Casino Planned for Playa de Palma
Work on the 30 million euro transformation has already begun
Work has started on a new 5 star hotel in Playa de Plama, which will be the first luxury hotel in this area.
Investment group Inversiones SL Ilaut have applied for a casino license for the hotel, which is currently pending.
They intentd to invest 30 million euros in the hotel, which is set to be completed in March 2016. It will have 214 rooms and 35 suites.
