The hotel retains much of its charms, with an 18th-century arch in the entrance, a traditional Mallorcan kitchen, a chapel more than 200 years old and a beautiful vaulted wine cellar.

Accommodation is divided into two apartments for 2 and 4 people, a double room and a suite.

There are ample gardens with a pool, a garden grill and a vegetable plot. The estate is located under the mountain of Cura and surrounded by a forest of over 130 hectares of pines and oaks, an idyllic location for hiking and excursions. These forests are the home of their eight donkeys, from a typical Mallorcan race, as well as many species of quails, birds, rabbits, hares and hedgehogs.

The 7 hectares of vineyards are located behind the Possessió and produce about 30,000 bottles of their wines OM Oliver Moragues. All vineyards are worked by hand and following the principles of organic agriculture and procedures. The varieties planted are mostly Mallorcan and French: Manto negro, Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, and Prensal blanc.

The finca is surrounded by pine forests and has nearly 3 hectares, with almonds and fig trees etc. The gardens surround the main building and coupled  with a swimming pool this is pure Mediterranean living.

In the main building there are double rooms with bath, television and central heating. In the adjoining building there are junior suites each with a terrace, bath, television and central heating. Next to the solar heated pool, we find a Pool house, equipped with a bar, a small kitchen with a BBQ and refrigerators which our guests can use.

The bodega is the oldest building and is built with dry stone walls. Here we keep our selected wines from the island and the peninsula. There is also a stone oven to cook bread and sucking pigs. There is a conservatory of 40 square meters which is used for serving meals also serves as sitting room, even on cooler days it is comfortable and welcoming, thanks to the double glassing, under floor heating and fireplace.

Set among palm trees and open landscapes, the finca is designed for slowing down and enjoying the quieter side of Mallorca. Whether you’re unwinding by the pool, stretching out on a sun lounger with a good book or simply soaking up the calm surroundings, it’s easy to switch off from everyday life here. Their garden has been designed by landscaping architect Henning Breimann German. They also have a conference room which has been especially equipped for meetings, conferences and seminars, being a spacious, neutral room, separate from other spaces and connected with the 2 gardens that frame the central building.
