Luxury rural hotel in the south of the island
The splendid location of this hotel will bring you close to nature whist giving easy access to other interesting parts of the island. It boasts a small number of comfortable double bedrooms and integrates beautifully with the local landscape and architectural tradition.
This rural hotel is located inside an estate of 42 hectares in the south of Mallorca, near the best beaches: Es Trenc and Es Carbó. From a series of terraces the house commands a great view of the plain of Mallorca, the "pla", with the island of Cabrera defining the horizon
There are 11 rooms, all with a private terrace. They are equipped with large comfortable beds, air conditioning, telephone, Internet access, satellite TV, minibar, bathroom with tub, shower, bathrobe and slippers, hair dryer and towel heater.
Their garden has been designed by landscaping architect Henning Breimann German. They also have a conference room which has been especially equipped for meetings, conferences and seminars, being a spacious, neutral room, separate from other spaces and connected with the 2 gardens that frame the central building.
Some of the services they offer are massages (on request), WiFi throughout the hotel, parking, and a pool located next to a pergola covered by wisteria on the highest part of the farm
There is an excellent restaurant, with a kitchen open all day. They offer a buffet breakfast including a selection of Mallorcan products and a dietary corner, a la carte lunch and dinneby the sea.

Also known as Platja de Sa Ràpita, an alternative to Es Trenc is the beautiful neighbouring beach at S’Arenal de sa Rapita in the southeast of Majorca. It is much quieter than Es Trenc, and is popular with families, surfers and windsurfers.
Unassigned to any of the island’s numerous holiday resorts, the stunning beach of Es Trenc is geographically fairly isolated with a wonderful wild and natural feel. With 2km of bleached white sand and transparent water, it's often referred to as more Caribbean than Mediterranean in characteristics.
Es Racó de S'Arena offers a complete escape from the bustle of tourists and is great for exploring or walking. If you're lucky, you could find yourself completely alone here. Even when there are other people, there is enough space to carve out an area which feels private.
If you are looking for a beach where you can get away from it all, then Es Carbo may be the one for you. A 30 minute walk east from Colonia St Jordi in the south of Mallorca, it is a vast stretch of white sand that sits in a protected bay.
Located in a pretty cove with lovely fine sand, surrounded by rocky cliffs and pine forests, it’s no wonder Cala Santanyi is such a popular beach amongst those staying within the large resort-style hotels in this area. It's more than likely to be crowded with the lucky holidaymakers who have tumbled out of their hotel bedrooms onto the sand directly below.
With beautiful views and crystal clear water it's a great place for swimming and snorkelling. Picturesque and quiet, it's no surprise that it's popular with the locals.

Els Calderers is a manor house situated between Vilafranca and Sant Joan. The house was once at the centre of a large wine estate but like so many others in Mallorca, it fell victim to the phylloxera disease. Reopened in 1993, the 18th-century house is now a museum of Mallorcan furniture and traditions. Set in beautiful countryside, this is a lovely place to spend a few hours.
This old hermitage, 509m above sea level at the highest point of the Serra de Llevant near the town of Felanitx, was the senior house of Mallorca's monastic order and the last to lose its monks in 1992.
