Fire at Club Nautico in Cala Nova
The fire was brought under control by firefighters yesterday afternoon
Palma firefighters were called to the Cala Nova Yacht Club on Monday afternoon after a fire broke out and spread to two of the neighbouring shops.
Thankfully the fire was quickly brought under control after students and clients of the sailing school near Palma were evacuated. No one was injured.
In a lucky turn of events the fire did not reach an area that contained 1000 litres of fuel!
