Get to know the best roads of the island with the exclusivity of having them closed to road traffic.
Over three days each autumn, the 550 Challenge Mallorca takes drivers onto some of the island's best roads, closed to other traffic for the event. The route has 14 stages covering more than 550 km of mountain and coastal driving. Recent editions have included stages from Estellencs to Andratx, along the Cap de Formentor road, and between Sóller and Palma.
Cars enter in one of three categories: Competition, for modern and classic cars; Regularity, for modern, classic and electric cars; and a Show Car Class for standard road-legal cars.
Port Adriano sponsors the rally and serves as its base. The cars are kept on display at the port between stages, so spectators can see them up close.
Places are limited, and registration is through the 550 Challenge Mallorca website.
