The event honours the region's winemaking heritage, with locals dressed in traditional costumes and activities that include boot-racing, cultural tours, and art exhibitions. The second weekend features a proclamation ceremony, a lively grape-throwing battle, and a communal meal, while the third weekend culminates with a grand parade, traditional dances, and the Fira del Vi wine fair, offering tastings of DO Binissalem Mallorca wines.
