The Xmas tasting menu features three snacks, three mains, a pre-dessert and two desserts, including Crab croquette in saffron cream, Cold garlic and almond soup with slow cooked lobster and grapes, Lamb and date ravioli with mushroom sauce or Pistachio, coconut, wild strawberries and crispy meringue sponge cake.
