Autumn began this Wednesday at 10:21. Despite an unstable start with cloudy skies and rain, the Spanish National Meteorology Agency forecasts that the season will be warmer than usual.

This summer was dominated by high temperatures, causing the sea to become warmer, a situation which might produce more rainfall in the days to come. Autumn has also arrived with a drop of 4 to 8 degrees celcius on the thermometers.

However, the coming season, which ends on December 22, will not, thankfully, see more water than normal. Together with warmer temperatures, it seems that autumn might be a great time to visit Mallorca!
