More Holidays in Mallorca after Warm Winter

This winter will probably see higher temperatures and lower rainfalls

The Spanish weather website 'eltiempo.es' have released their seasonal forecast this week. They predict that this upcoming winter temperatures will rise slightly in the Balearic islands, while rainfalls will probably decrease compared to normal.

However, these changes will be almost unnoticeable since temperatures will only reach about 1 degree above average in Mallorca and Ibiza. The whole Mediterranean basin will experience less precipitations than previous years as well.

This is great news for the Balearic islands, which are trying to attract more tourists during the winter months. A warm and dry weather might just be the perfect reason to head there and escape the cold!
