Jamiroquai headlines Mallorca Live Festival 2019
Mallorca hosts Jay Kay's only gig on Spanish soil next summer
The Mallorca Live Festival has been getting bigger and bigger every year, becoming one of the best events of the early season on the island. For their 2019 edition, they are bringing Jamiroquai to play at Calvià's former Aquapark in May.
This will be the third time that the London jazz-funk band comes to Mallorca after their legendary concerts at Palma's Plaza de Toros in 2003 and 2005. Their relationship with the island is a long one as the music video for their hit song Love Foolosophy, starring German top model Heidi Klum, was filmed here, and Jamiroquai's frontman, Jay Kay, has chosen the island as a holiday destination several times
The Mallorcan gig will be Jamiroquai's only performance in Spain in 2019. The band, which has sold over 27 million albums, will no doubt make the whole island dance!
Also playing at the Mallorca Live Festival, which will take place on May 10th and 11th, are Two Door Cinema Club, Vetusta Morla, La Pegatina, Dixon, Viva Suecia and La M.O.D.A. among many others.
